Minnesota Warehousing Services

Whether you need dry, temperature controlled, outdoor, or food grade storage, we can help. We offer a range of customized storage services to help you simplify your supply chain management in Minnesota.

  • Dry – If your products do not have strict temperature requirements, you can utilize our dry storage areas. 
  • Temperature-Controlled – for products that require specific temperature ranges. Our warehouses are heated in the winter and ambient in the summer. 
  • Outdoor – Several of our locations offer secure outdoor storage, including our Shakopee facility, which has over 250,000 square feet of outdoor space.
  • Food Grade – With food and food products as our largest customer base, we comply with all FDA standards and undergo annual inspections. We also carry a Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification and conduct regular audits.
  • Custom Storage – Addressing the unique needs of our customers, we will work with you to create a customized storage space for your needs. We service customers with a wide range of inventory. We have small custom size spaces to large, industry-certified spaces.

  • Rail Logistics – With dedicated rail line spurs offering direct access to our facilities, we work with Class I rail carriers, including Burlington Northern Santa Fe, Union Pacific, Canadian National, and Canadian Pacific to ensure complete end-to-end rail logistics.
